PRCC January (1/5/2016) Agenda

Post date: Jan 02, 2016 7:31:29 PM

Hello All,

Hear from the developer about the proposed redevelopment at 68th and Greenwood at The Phinney Ridge Community Council’s (PRCC) January 5th meeting at 7p.m. The current plan is a four-story building, with 59 small apartments and no parking – a type of project commonly referred to as "work force housing". The street level is expected to retain the popular restaurants Ed’s Kort Haus and Stumbling Goat Bistro.

The Community Council is hosting this meeting to help the community prepare for the city’s second, design-review meeting on January 11th which is part of the building permit process and allows for public comment. Updated design plans, based on previous citizen and NW Design Review Board input, are expected to be posted by the developer in the next few days.

Additional information about the project and permit can be found at www.seattle.gov/dpd/toolsresources. Type in the address “6726 Greenwood Ave N” To find the latest plans click on “See details about this address” then click on the"Documents" tab.

The PRCC Board and I hope to see you January 5th for the discussion about the 68th & Greenwood project and other issues on the evening’s agenda (below).

Sincerely,

Alice Poggi

Phinney Ridge Community Council President
