District #6 encompasses Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Green Lake, Meridian, Fremont, Ballard, Sunset Hill, Loyal Heights, Crown Hill, North Beach, Blue Ridge and Whittier Heights. – Ted Inkley

The PRCC has a standing, open meeting on the first Tuesday of each month (except holidays & August’s Night Out Block Party) at 7:30 p.m. at the Phinney Neighborhood Center.
-The PRCC is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization that is part of a network of neighborhood based community councils that advise local government on issues such as public safety, transportation, land use and budget priorities.
Phinney Ridge is defined as Aurora Avenue to 8th Avenue NW and North 46th Street to North 75th Street
