New Business:

7:00-7:20 P.M. – Election of Officers and discussion of officer transitions and expectations for the upcoming year.                       

7:20-7:45 p.m. – Discussion of Seattle’s Bicycle Master plan and the Phinney / Greenwood Bike Track – Ron Lewis

 

Old Business:

7:45-7:46 p.m. - Rapid Ride Stop at 50th & Aurora, partner with WPZ – New information –     Diane?

7:46-8:00 p.m. - Building updates:

·         5555 Phinney Townhomes/SF Homes project - Zoned SF 5000 and LR 3, Slope has been excavated and footings for the basement/garage on the eastern half of the site are being constructed.  There is not apparent erosion control for the earth mound or adjacent street storm inlets. Arterial within100 FT. Project #3014447.

·         Old Orowheat Property @ 70th and Greenwood - Any new information?

·         68th & Greenwood – 4 story mixed use development – Alice to brief on last meeting between developer and neighbors.

·         63rd & Linden – The house is built. Irene will try to see if DPD required them to plant replacements for the missing trees.

8:00-8:01 p.m. - Disaster Preparedness HUB – Disaster Hub efforts suspended until grant is applied for.  Nothing from the meeting to discuss.

8:01-8:05 p.m. – Land Use Committee - Needs larger Board discussion and additional members

 

Open Discussion:

8:05-8:20 p.m. - Open Discussion for other relevant topics

8:20-8:25 p.m. - Topic(s) selection for the August meeting.  Thanks to Alice for coming up with an extensive list.

About PRCC
The PRCC has a standing, open meeting on the first Tuesday of each month (except holidays & August’s Night Out Block Party) at 7:30 p.m. at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. 
-The PRCC is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization that is part of a network of neighborhood based community councils that advise local government on issues such as public safety, transportation, land use and budget priorities.
Phinney Ridge is defined as Aurora Avenue to 8th Avenue NW and North 46th Street to North 75th Street
